Period of Returns and Exchanges
We are basically not accepting product returns or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges can be accepted within 3 days of arrival in case of wrong delivery, damages during delivery and early failure. Please contact our us vis email within 3 days of arrival.
How to Return or Exchange
We will arrange the cargo booking as soon as we receive notice and confirm your request.
We would appreciate if you keep the products in refrigerator in case of wrong delivery of refrigerated products.
Return Fee・Excahcnge Fee
We wiil take on return fee and exchange fee if return or exchange is our responsibility such as wrong delivery.
＜Returns & Exchanges not Accepted with Following Cases＞
- Refrigeration-required drinks and food
- Alcoholic drinks and food which passed more than 4 days after arrival
- Products except alcohoilc drinks and food which passed more than 7 days after arrival
- Products which were already opened or used by the customers
- Products which were damaged or broken by the customers
- When the individual packaging, bags, instructions and accessories were damaged, broken or lost.
- Products which were not purchased at our store
- When our products were somehow processed by the customers
- When our company can't accept responsibiity in case of natural disasters
We will deal with you promptly when the following cases occured. Please contact us via email within 3 days of arrival.
- When the products arrived were different from what you ordered (wrong delivery)
- When the products were damaged upon arrival (damages during delivery)
- When the products except alcoholic drinks and food were already in a bad condition (early failure)
We would appreciate if you keep the products in refrigerator until the pick-up service come to you in case of wrong delivery of refrigerated products.
Please keep a warranty safe during storage period.
We basically do not accept product returns or exchanges becase of the customers' personal preferences.
But we will give you a full refund in case of wrong delivery, damages during delivery and early failure.
If you paid by credit card, we will give you a refund through an appropriate procedure.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will basically give you a refund by bank transfer ( we will take on a handling charge).
We will send products by refrigerated courier service as below.

Staff are available only on business days.
Details about payment is as follows.
- Subscription：Credit card
- Online Shopping：Credit card or Cash on delivery
- Only payment in lump sum is acceptable.
- Payment is processed on the day you order or you subscribe through a credit card company.
- The date of deduction differs from member ship agreement of credit card companies.
- Payment by credit card is processed through electronic payment.
- You receipt will not be isssed.
- Please check the credit card statement about details of your payment.
